|Christina holds a dual role as both receptionist and event coordinator at the Perelman Quadrangle Administrative Offices. In addition to her duties as PQ's first point-of-contact in the office, she assists clients with the details of their planned events. She is a recent graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management, which she put to good use in her internships at The Franklin Institute and Susan G. Komen Foundation. |
Event Sales Coordinator
|Britny is responsible for coordinating events with external clients. She graduated from Rowan University in 2011 with a degree in public relations and worked in the hotel industry for several years prior to joining the Perelman Quadrangle staff in 2014. Britny is dedicated to providing superior customer service for the various external events that come through the Perelman Quadrangle and VPUL Performing Arts Facilities.|
Assistant Event Sales Coordinator
|As the Assistant to the Event Sales Coordinator, Kate supports sales, planning, and execution of private events at Perelman Quadrangle. Her many interests led her to study brain and cognitive science at the University of Rochester, following up with a doctorate degree in music at Louisiana State University. Through her advanced studies and musical endeavors, Kate became involved in organizing international conferences, fundraising galas, celebrations, and concerts, and discovered her passion for the field of event planning. She enjoys bringing creative energy to all aspects of her work -- from the development of marketing strategies to the many details associated with the wide range of private events held at PQ, one of Philadelphia's most beautiful and historic event venues.|
|Laura's career at Penn began in 2007 after completing her bachelor's in communication studies from West Chester University. As an intern with Penn Athletics' Ticketing and Marketing Department, she was able to work on various sports teams' events, as well as the Penn Relays. In 2009, Laura became the Information Center and Event Coordinator at Perelman Quadrangle, and, in 2015, she became a full-time event coordinator. After seven years with PQ, Laura most enjoys the diversity of her position, comradery with her co-workers, and helping clients achieve their event goals.|
|Alexis has worked at Perelman Quadrangle for over eight years. She started her career as an administrative assistant at the information desk and now works as a full-time event coordinator planning events for internal departments and student organizations. She formerly worked in customer service at the McFarland Student Union building while attending Kutztown University, where she received her degree in communication studies. As a detail-oriented, organized professional, Alexis works hard to ensure her clients have manageable, stress-free events. |
|Elias largely works behind the scenes at the Perelman Quadrangle Administrative Offices and is responsible for processing room reservations, scheduling, and arranging services for events in Perelman Quadrangle and VPUL Performing Arts Facilities. He ensures all clients get the best available space for their events!|
