Agnes Leclercq-Randazzo was born and raised in the South of France. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages applied to International Relations from the University of Provence, France and comes with over 10 years of experience in catering management. She led the catering operations at Longwood Gardens, Kennett Square, PA prior to becoming the Director of Catering at Cabrini College, Radnor, PA and then at Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA. Agnes was an official speaker at the 2016 National Catering Conference, Catersource- Event Solutions in Las Vegas, NV and is a Certified Sommelier. She is passionate about all culinary arts and her role on campus is to provide an extraordinary guest experience to all Bon Appétit events!

Nicole is a graduate from The Richard Stockton University majoring in Business Management and joined the Bon Appetit Catering at Penn team in 2014. She assists each client to provide the most memorable event experience from start to finish.
Catering Operations Manager,
Natalie Armentrout was born and raised in Hong Kong, moving to the US to attend Bryn Mawr College where she earned a bachelor's degree in German Language & Literature. As a daughter of a chef, her engagement with the food and beverage industry is lifelong, and she brings ten years of varied experience in residential, retail, and catering operations. She joined Bon Appetit in 2016 and has previously been an integral team member to the catering operations at Cabrini College, Bryn Mawr College, and Brulee Catering in Philadelphia. Natalie is deeply committed to sharing her passion for all things culinary as well as ensuring that guests enjoy a memorable Bon Appetit experience!
Executive Catering Chef
Chef Marvin has been on Penn's campus since 1999 working as a retail chef. He has since moved to the Catering Department, where he has excelled due to his advanced culinary skills and attention to detail. In 2013, Chef Marvin was promoted to the Executive Catering Chef of the Department, focusing on the high quality production of every event.
Director of Client Services,
Dawn has over fifteen years of experience in the audio visual industry. She has worked in various capacities to include production, creative, financial and administrative. As Director of Client Services for Perelman Quad Audio Visual, she is the first point of contact for clients and works closely with production, technical, facilities personnel and outside vendors to facilitate the provision of audio visual services.
Director of Audio Visual Services,
As the Director of Audio Visual Services, Michael communicates closely with event planners, clients, technicians and facility managers. He ensures that all audio-visual services are orchestrated to provide the proper and most effective solution that meets the goals of the event.
Michael has over thirteen years of experience in the audio/visual industry. Before coming to Penn, Michael was a Lead Technician for PSAV, and he additionally received his bachelor's degree in Digital Media Production from The Art Institute of Philadelphia. He is now the Audio/Visual Production and Equipment Manager for the Rental Staging Division of Perelman Quad's Audio Visual Team.
Customer Service Support Representative,
Kareem graduated from Bloomsburg University with a bachelor's degree in mass communications. He has been in the audio/visual industry for almost two years and has prior experience as a media technician with the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
