Cooking Demo with Chef Liz Alpern
In celebration of LGBTQ+ history month and in partnership with Penn Dining and J-BaGeL, Founder of Queer Soup Night, co-founder of Gefilteria, and co-author of "The Gefilte Manifesto: New Recipes for Old World Jewish Foods," Chef Liz Alpern will host a cooking demonstration that is not to be missed! We'll be making bagels from scratch with vegan and dairy free options available.
