The 41st Annual Ethnography in Education Forum: Partnerships for Change

The Ethnography Forum offers people at different career stages, particularly graduate students, a supportive venue to present research and critical perspectives on education. Now in its 41st year, the Forum is a graduate student-led conference that offers educators, scholars, activists, and artists a supportive venue to share work and engage in dialogue about formal and informal education particularly focused on the strength of communities and community-based action research. Our theme focuses on Partnerships for Change and highlights research partnerships as pivotal to understanding the critical dimensions of context, cultures, and social practices.

Each year since its inception, students, faculty, and staff from Penn as well as people from Philadelphia, the region, and around the world attend the conference to take part in this collaborative dialogue about education and social justice.
