Mid-Semester Application

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis from Monday September 9th, 2019.

The following are required to be considered for a positon:

  • Individual Agency Application (Click here for application downloads)
  • Cover Letter - explaining why you believe you might be a good fit for the position you are applying, why you are interested in working for PSA and the agency in which you are applying, and what can PSA can offer you?
  • Class/Club Schedule for the upcoming semester (include any extracurricular meeting times as well)
  • Resume or CV
  • Portfolio (*for positions in Penn Student Design and OhSnap Photography only) Portfolios may be a link to your website and should be included in the applications.

Application Submissions 

  1. All files should be submitted in a SINGLE Portable Document Format (PDF).

  2. Please name the file "LastName_FirstName_Application_AgencyName"

  3. Applications that are incomplete, in separate files, or not in PDF form will not be reviewed.

  4. Please review the example application before email submitting your own.

  5. If a current PSA member informed you of our employment opportunities or inspired you to apply please indicate their name in the body of the email!

  6. Please address the Subject line as:                                                                 "PSA Application - *Agency*"
