Hiring Timeline 

We are currently in our fall hiring phase for the 2019-2020 Academic Year. Applicants accepted and offered positions during this phase will begin in the Fall 2019 semester. 


Mid-Semester Applications


Applications are accepted on a rolling basis from Monday September 9th, 2019 until all open positions have been filled. 


The Executive Director or Director of Operations of the Agency in which the applicant is applying will notify the applicant of their status via email shortly after the application is recieved. Applicants who have been offered interviews will have their interview scheduled within the following week at the discretion of the hiring Executive Director/Director of Operations.


All applicants who have been offered positions within one of Penn Student Agencies nine student-run businesses will be notified within a couple days of thier interview. 

New hires must attend the Mandatory Onboarding Session held in the afternoon on Fridays. More information regarding this session will be provided to accepted interviewees.
