Hiring Timeline 

We are currently in our fall hiring phase for the Spring 2020 Academic Semester. Applicants accepted and offered positions during this phase will begin in the Spring. 


Spring Applications


Applications are accepted on a rolling basis from Monday February 10th, 2020 until March 23rd, 2020! 


The Executive Director of the Penn Student Agencies' business in which the candidate has applied, will notify the candidate of their status via email shortly after the application is received. Candidates who have been offered interviews will have their interview scheduled between March 25th, 2020 and March 31st, 2020. 

Onboarding with Penn Student Agencies 

All candidates who have been offered positions within one of Penn Student Agencies ten student-run businesses will be notified within a couple days of their interview. 

New hires must attend the Mandatory Onboarding Session. More information regarding this session will be provided to hired candidates.
