Hiring Timeline 

We are currently in our fall hiring phase for the 2019-2020 Academic Year. Applicants accepted and offered positions during this phase will begin in the Fall 2019 semester.

Phase I - Guaranteed Reviewal 

Application

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis from Monday, June 10th, 2019 until Monday, August 19th, 2019 @ 11:59pm. Interested students should download the individual application for the agency they are interested in applying to and submit all supplemental information as indicated in the application. We suggest that interested students download and read the job description for any position for which they are applying. 

Interviews 

The Executive Director or Director of Operations of the Agency in which the applicant is applying will notify the applicant of their status via email during the week of August 19th. Applicants who have been offered interviews will be required to sign up for an interview slot during the day on Saturday, August 24th, 2019. 

You must be available to interview on this day. We may not be able to accommodate make-up interviews if all positions become filled after this interviewing session. 

On-boarding

All applicants who have been offer positions within one of Penn Student Agencies 9 student-run businesses will be notified on Tuesday, August 27th, 2019. 

New hires must attend the Mandatory Onboarding Session in the evening on Friday, August 30th, 2019. More information regarding this session will be provided to accepted interviewees. 


Phase II -  Only Available Positions 

Applicants may chose to apply during Phase II; however, please note that the start date is later in the semester. Don't worry! You are not late if you missed Phase 1. Applications recieved during this time will be reviewed for all open positions that are not yet filled.

Application

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis from Friday, August 23rd, 2019 until Saturday, September 7th, 2019 @ 11:59pm.

Interviews

The Executive Director or Director of Operations of the Agency in which the applicant is applying will notify the applicant of their status via email on Tuesday, September 10th. Applicants who have been offered interviews will have their interview between September 11th and September 15th, at the discretion of the hiring Executive Director/Director of Operations. 

On-boarding

All applicants who have been offered positions within one of Penn Student Agencies nine student-run businesses will be notified on Tuesday, September 17th, 2019.

New hires must attend the Mandatory Onboarding Session in the evening on Friday, September 20th, 2019. More information regarding this session will be provided to accepted interviewees.
