Michael is a junior in the College of Arts and Science double majoring in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Environmental Management and Sustainability and Sociology with a concentration in Law and Society. Michael is a member of the Kite and Key Society serving as a Shift Captain and the 2019 Summer Tour Guide Coordinator, Penn's largest and oldest service organization; the Recorder on the Executive Board of Sigma Nu fraternity, member of the Rush Committee and Social Committee; a member of Penn's Habitat for Humanity Chapter and is a Board Member on the Board of Directors of the Student Run-Business Association (SRBA), of which PSA is a founding member organization. Michael is the Head of the PSA Recruitment and Event Planning Committee and also helps in the strategic development initiatives of PSA (building partnerships and starting new agencies). After graduation, Michael plans on pursuing a JD/MBA and then go into the Hospitality/Real Estate Industry.

Michael was first hired by PSA as the PSA Human Resource Manager toward the end of his freshmen year. He still maintains that position, which is now titled Executive Vice President of Operations. His favorite thing about PSA is the community and access to resources especially because he is not a student in the business school. He has met a lot of amazing and talent students who went from being just his coworkers to also his friends!

Estee is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Cognitive and Computer Science. Estee is a very busy person! She is involved in: the Marketing Committee for Wharton Undergraduate Consulting Club; the Global Investment Team for the TMT Team; the Wharton Asia Exchange Finance Committee for Wharton China Association; the PSA Recruitment and Event Planning Committee; PennEnchord A Capella; Baroque Ensemble Opera Program; the Operation Committee for Penn Wharton China Summit; the VP of Finance for the Wharton Undergraduate Finance Club; and the Project Accelerator for Ideas for Action. She is currently undecided in her post-graduation plans.

Estee was first hired by PSA as the PSA Marketing & Graphic Design Manager in the middle of her freshmen year.  She still maintains this position, which is now titled Executive Vice President of Marketing. Her favorite thing about PSA is all the events that provide free food and the EXTREMELY supportive community and non-hierarchical working environment.

William is a senior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Political Science with a minor in Economic Policy. He is the Co-President of the French Society, Consultant for the Black Wharton Undergraduate Association Consulting, and an Executive Board Member on the Student Activities Council (SAC). After graduation William plans to work in marketing or business development leading to a long-term goal of running his own business!

William was first hired by firstServices as a Laundry Associate at the beginning of his freshmen year. He was then promoted toward the end of that same academic year to the firstServices Products Manager position, and then promoted again near the end of his sophomore year to the firstServices Director.  He still maintains that position, which is now titled Executive Director of firstServices. For him, PSA provides a very practical and hands on business experience and awards a great deal of autonomy to students.

Enoch is a senior in the School of Nursing. He is a member of Philly Christian Students; an Optimum Nutrition Campus Ambassador; an ITA for College House Computing; competed in Mr. Penn '" a bodybuilding competition; and conducts research in the School of Nursing. Enoch plans on becoming a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist after completing school.

He was then promoted toward the end of his junior to the firstServices Products Manager position, which is now titled Director of Water Operations. His favorite thing about PSA is the collaborative work between peers and the opportunities in his agency to take initiative!

Payton is a junior in the College of Arts and Science studying Linguistics. In addition to working at Penn Student Agencies, Payton is a Member of Best Buddies, a program dedicated to positively impacting individuals with and without disabilities through friendships, integrated employment, leadership development, and inclusive living for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Payton plans to stay working in education as a high school teacher and go for an advanced degree.

Payton was first hired by firstServices as a Laundry Associate near the end of his freshmen year. He was then promoted toward the end of his sophomore year to the firstServices Operations Manager position, which is now titled Director of Laundry Operations. His favorite thing about PSA is the family feel of the community rather than feeling like a class.

Ashley is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Health and Societies with a concentration in Health Policy and Law. Ashley is a D1 athlete on the Women's Track and Field Team, and external liaison for Penn African Student Association, a member of Nigerians at Penn, and a member of Black Penn Law Association. After graduation she plans on attending Law School to get her JD.

Ashley was first hired by firstServices as a Laundry Associate at the beginning of her freshmen year. She was then promoted at the end of her sophomore year to firstServices Customer Relations Manager, which is now titled Director of Customer Relations. Her favorite thing about PSA is the supportive community it provides on Penn's campus.

Jazzy is a senior in the School of Engineering and Applied Science studying Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Jazzy is on the Social Board of Advancing Women in Engineering (AWE), a Student Supervisor for Van Pelt Library Public Outreach and a member of the PSA Recruitment and Event Planning Committee. She plans on working in the cosmetics industry by either doing marketing or cosmetic chemistry.

Jazzy was first hired by Williams Cafe as a Barista at the beginning of her freshmen year. She was then promoted at the end of her junior year to the Williams Cafe General Manager position, which is now titled Executive Director. Her favorite thing about PSA is the community you have and the amount of exposure you get to people you would have never met otherwise both in PSA and other SRB organizations.

Anthony is a senior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Biology. In addition to his role in PSA, Anthony is the co-concertmaster of the Penn Symphony Orchestra and a Clinical Research Assistant in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at Penn Medicine. After graduation, Anthony plans on moving to Southern California to explore his interests in the cosmetics industry.

Anthony was first hired by Williams Cafe as a Barista at the beginning of his freshmen year. He was then promoted near the end of his junior year to Williams Cafe Products Manager, which is now titled Director of Purchasing. His favorite part of PSA is the amount of creative freedom that it offers within and across all of its agencies!

Arushi is a junior in the Wharton School studying Behavioral Economics and Legal Studies. She is the Treasurer for her sorority, Chi Omega, and a brother of the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity. She is currently undecided in her career goals, but she is happy to have the ability to become part of a close community of current students and alumni in Quaker Corner and PSA.

Arushi was first hired by Quaker Corner as a Customer Service Representative at the beginning of her freshmen year. She was then promoted near the end of that same academic year to Quaker Corner Products & Marketing Manager, and then promoted again near the end of her sophomore year to Quaker Corner Store Manager.  This position is now titled Director of Operations.

Colette is a junior in the Wharton School studying Management and Behavioral Economics. She is member of the Financial Literacy Community Project, Wharton Women, Camp Kesem, and a sister of Sigma Kappa sorority. After graduation, Colette plans to work somewhere cool and interesting!

Colette was first hired by Quaker Corner as a Customer Service Representative in the middle of her freshmen year. She was then promoted at the end of her sophomore year to Quaker Corner Products & Marketing Manager, which is now titled Director of Purchasing & Marketing. Luckily, working at Quaker Corner brought the opportunity for her to not only learn new skills but to also apply what she was learning in the classroom while creating a close community.

Ally is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Communications with a minor in Consumer Psychology. Ally is a member of the Social Planning and Event Committee (SPEC) and a member of Veterans Life Stories. After graduation, Ally is most likely planning to go into Marketing.

Ally was first hired by Quaker Corner as a Customer Service Representative in the middle of her freshmen year. She was then promoted near the end of her sophomore year to Special Deliveries Manager, which is now titled Director of Operations. She originally got involved with Quaker Corner because she wanted to work in a place where she could gain valuable workplace skills such as communication and teamwork. Quaker Corner is a great place to work for students who want both a close sense of community and to gain hands-on experience in the workplace. Her favorite thing about PSA is the people she gets to work with every day!

Merrick is a sophomore in the Wharton School studying Business Analytics and Marketing. He is a member of Cohorts, a CIS 120 Teaching Assistant, a member of the Science Olympiad at Penn, a member of Wharton Guide, a member of NSO PHINS, and a member of the Assembly of International Students. He plans to pursue a career related to technology, probably on the business side of the Tech Industry.

Merrick was first hired by PSA Promotions as a Promotions Associate at the beginning of his freshmen year.  By the end of that same academic year, he was promoted to the Director of Operations for PSA Promotions. Merrick loves that PSA provides him with the opportunity to network with students who run businesses at other peer institutions (members of the SRBA) and become inspired by their success.

Genie was first hired by PSA Promotions as a Promotions Associate at the beginning of her freshmen year. By the end of that year, she was promoted to Poster Distribution Manager, which is now titled Director of Distribution. She really enjoys how PSA provides the first-hand experience in managing and organizing a team within a business setting.

Gabbi is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences studying International Relations with a focus on Human Rights. Gabbi is a Deputy Board Member in Penn Democrats, an Engagement Committee member and Recruitment Chair for the University Honor Council, and an Advocacy and Awareness Committee Member for Penn Undergraduates for Refugee Empowerment (PURE). After graduation, she hopes to pursue a JD and work as a human rights lawyer.

Gabbi was first hired by PSA Promotions as a Promotions Associate at the beginning of her freshmen year. By the end of that same year, she was promoted to Expansion Manager, which is now titled Director of Operations. Her favorite thing about PSA is the community it provides especially during the first year at Penn.

Sophia is a junior studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) and minoring in Consumer Psychology in the College of Arts and Sciences. Sophia serves on the Executive Board of her business fraternity; Phi Chi Theta and is an Executive Assistant at the Childhood Cancer Society. Sophia is also an active member of the PSA Event Planning and Recruitment Committee as the Internal Communications Chair. After graduating from Penn, Sophia plans on working in marketing consulting before attending Law School.

Sophia was first hired by PSA as the PSA Bartending Events Manager near the end of her freshmen year. She still maintains that position, which is now titled Executive Director of PSA Bartending. Her favorite thing about PSA is how it is the only place on campus comes close to providing the real-life professional experience with the support of the exceptional and motivated student members.

Eliana is a second-year Architecture Masters student in the School of Design. Eliana is a graduate teaching assistant and a representative for the Architecture Department for Student Council at the School of Design. After graduation, Eliana hopes to work for an architecture firm.

Eliana was first hired by PSA as the Penn Student Design Director in March 2018. She still maintains that position, which is now titled Director of Operations. Her favorite thing about PSA is the variety of job opportunities it provides for student regardless of their undergraduate or graduate school.

Kayla is a Penn Varsity Softball player, a member of Women's Athletic Association (WAA), and member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Action (FCAIA). After graduation, she hopes to pursue a career as a brand strategist in the sports industry!

Kayla was first hired by Penn Student Design as a Graphic Designer at the beginning of her freshmen year. By the end of that same academic year, she was promoted to PSD's Creative Operations & Brand Manager, which is now titled Director of Marketing. Her favorite thing about PSA is the ability to gain valuable experience in a professional environment while fostering relationships with other PSA employees!

Shalom is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Communications, Data Analytics, and Cinema and Media Studies. He is a dancer in Onda Latina, a member of Front Row Theatre Company, and the African American Arts Alliance. After graduation, Shalom plans to act in major films and television; work in corporate business for a major production company; produce and direct his own films and start his own production company.

Shalom was first hired by OhSnap Photography as a Photographer at the start of his freshmen year. By the end of that same academic year, he was promoted to OhSnap Photography Marketing Manager, and then promoted again in the middle of his sophomore year to OhSnap Photography General Manager. This position is now titled Executive Director of OhSnap Photography. Shalom loves being part of a larger organization such as PSA because of the ability to collaborate with other agencies and the students in them!

Marcela is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences and is currently undecided. Marcela is a participant in the Civic Scholars program, a volunteer and mentor at the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS) Saturday program, and member of Epsilon Eta (Penn's environmental fraternity). After graduation, she hopes to work in Public Health back home in Guatemala.

Marcela was first hired by PSA as the Penn Closet Store Manager near the end of her freshmen year. She still maintains this position, which is now titled Director of Operations. Her favorite thing about PSA is the people!

Emily is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Communications and Fine Arts. Outside of PSA Emily is: the Promotions Director for WQHS Radio; Storytelling Coordinator for Project LETS at Penn; a member of the International Mentorship & Orientation Committee for the Assembly of International Students; a photographer for Penn Appetit; a beauty stylist for The WALK Magazine; a designer for Momentum Magazine, the Coordinator for NSO iPHINS, and an International & Exchange Peer Mentor. Even though Emily is unsure of what she wants to do after college, she knows that she loves learning from and working with other Penn students on how to improve our businesses.

Emily was first hired by Penn Closet as a Store Associate near the end of her freshmen year.  Within one month she was promoted to Penn Closet Products Manager, which is now titled Director of Marketing.
